Reydon Neighbourhood Plan

Reydon Parish Council have submitted their neighbourhood plan to East Suffolk Council ahead of it being submitted for independent examination. East Suffolk Council is required to publicise the Plan and invite representations, which will be forwarded to the examiner for consideration alongside the plan.

Subject to the plan successfully completing all the relevant regulatory stages, the policies and proposals contained in the plan will be used by East Suffolk Council in the determination of planning applications within the Reydon Neighbourhood Area.

Please note the period for representations was originally planned to run from 27 February to 9th April, however in response to Covid-19 restrictions this period has been extended to 5pm on 8th May 2020.

This period of representations is in accordance with regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) and Localism Act 2011. 



What documents have been submitted? 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, hard copies are no longer available for inspection in public locations, but they are now available on request. Please email or call (01502) 523029 (voicemails are checked each working day).
