The information you have supplied is being collected in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 and will be used to inform the preparation and Adoption of the Coastal Adaptation Supplementary Planning Document.

By responding to this consultation, you are accepting that your name and response will be made available for public inspection and published online in accordance with the Act stated above. However, other personal information such as email addresses and telephone numbers will not be published. Your personal information will be retained until the Supplementary Planning Document is superseded + 1 year (local retention policy). This document is being jointly prepared by East Suffolk Council, Great Yarmouth Borough Council, North Norfolk District Council, the Broads Authority and the Coastal Partnership East Team. Therefore, your personal information may be shared with all partnership authorities, however only in so far as it relates to the preparation and adoption of the Coastal Adaptation SPD.

Data will be processed and held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulation (and any updates).
